Dancing Soothes and Heals
Few people have retained or regained the ability to engage in dancing un-self-consciously. Many adults have stopped dancing altogether. You might have hang-ups about your body, or you may fear being judged that your body movement is not artistic enough or have the correct rhythm. You may have simply gotten out of the habit of dancing and then think you are too out of practice or too old to dance.
Whatever the case, you can put aside those false fears or excuses and rediscover the healing/soothing pleasure of moving your body to music-alone, or as part of a couple, or in a group. Opportunities to formal or informal dance abound wherever there are people.

Grief-the Hardest Emotion to Overcome
Sometimes grief can make you aware of who your true friends are. Those people who will help you overcome your feeling of helplessness. It always takes some time to initially recover but usually it takes a long time to feel like you'll make it.
Getting over grief is hard to do. See a counselor, go for walks, keep busy with friends, start a hobby, join a club or group. Hopefully, you'll have someone in your life to talk it over. You should be grateful for the people left in your life and enjoy being around them. That'll help you get through
