Anger- How Does It Accumulate In The Body
When a traumatic event is over, it leaves behind residual anger that is left unexpressed. This anger does not dissipate. It stays in the body. Then the impact of other traumas starts to be added to the first event. This then carries on till the body or mind can no longer carry the emotional burden. Illness or disease then strikes.
